Very large room for rent in 4/3 sunny Corralitos home.  Room is private with its own connected full bath and separate entrance and patio.  Great separation between room and rest of house.  Additional storage space is also provided. Room is available lightly furnished or unfurnished. $700/month.

Rent is on a month to month basis.

Full house privileges including use of newly remodeled kitchen (with beer fridge!). Also includes washer/dryer, patios, BBQ, organic garden (help me plant stuff!), porch swing, and room for storage.

Rent includes bi monthly maid service, electricity, gas, cable, water, local calls and wireless internet! Property has limited cell phone coverage with AT&T only.

Home is about two miles from the Corralitos Market. Close to excellent road and mountain bike riding.

Non smoking only. Prefer cyclist  (so I can steal your tubes and stuff) and someone who is relatively clean and organized and not an axe murderer or a country music fan.

Oh, and there are two cats in the house.  Other indoor only cats would be considered, but thats really up to the cats.
